The Publishing House
IKRiBL Academic Publishing House is a publishing unit established in 2013. It publishes books and scholarly publications in the humanities (literary studies, linguistics, history, philosophy, cultural studies, and religious studies), the social sciences (education, security studies, social communication and media studies), and other fields.
IKRiBL Academic Publishing House collaborates with partners around the world, particularly in the United States (AE Academic Publishing), Switzerland (Peter Lang), and Poland (university presses and commercial publishers). It also works closely with academic institutions across Europe, including Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic), the University of Stuttgart (Germany), the Deutsche Comenius-Gesellschaft (Germany), the University of Lausanne (Switzerland), and Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (Slovakia), among others.
Promotional copies of books published by IKRiBL Academic Publishing House are also sent to libraries abroad, including the Library of Congress (United States), the British Library (United Kingdom), the Austrian National Library (Austria), the German National Library (Germany), the Bibliothèque nationale de France (France), the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (Ukraine), the Vasyl Stefanyk Scientific Library in Lviv (Ukraine), and the Slavonic Library at the Klementinum (Czech Republic).
IKRiBL Academic Publishing House follows the principles of publication ethics set out in the guidelines issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
IKRiBL Academic Publishing House was classified as a LEVEL I publisher
in the List of Publishers of Peer-Reviewed Scholarly Monographs
issued by the Minister of Science and Higher Education
on 18 January 2019 (80 points).
